    Technoserv together with Axiros create an intelligent service management system according to the standard TR-069 (Technical Report 069) in JSC "Moscow City Telephone Network". The TR-069 standard is a technical protocol for managing subscriber equipment, which allows implementing a mechanism for secure automatic configuration of subscriber equipment on the basis of the Internet.

    As part of the first stage of the project , a new line of customer equipment was introduced on the MGTS network – CPE (Customer Premises Equipment — equipment in the client's premises) of the standard TR-069, which has the possibility of advanced device management in the customer's network. The system will increase the number of modern services offered on the MGTS network, improve the quality of the company's customer service and gain development in such areas as Smart Home and IoT.

  • Construction of a reference network for the Unified Republican Data Transmission Network of the Republic of Belarus

    Technoserv acted as the general contractor of the project to create a reference network of the ERSPD of the Republic of Belarus, which united 40 settlements throughout the country. The customer of the work was SOOO "Belarusian Cloud Technologies" (beCloud operator).

    The network includes high-speed backbone communication channels based on optical fiber and support nodes in regional and district centers, which guarantee modern technical capabilities and high data transfer rates for various operators.

    In the future, the support network will expand in the regions of Belarus and by 2020, it is planned to have a presence in all district centers of the Republic of Belarus. The created infrastructure will be used in the implementation of projects for the construction of a Unified cellular mobile telecommunications network of the fourth generation (LTE) and the Republican Data Processing Center (RCD).

  • Creation of a "Unified knowledge base" for Rostelecom

    A team of specialists from Technoserv and Rexoft, a Russian software and information systems developer, part of Technoserv Group of Companies, has created an information system at Rostelecom, the Unified Knowledge Base of Sales and Customer Service Units (EBZ). The implemented solution allows you to centrally accumulate, store and provide information necessary for the implementation of business processes of selling services and servicing subscribers, including dealers and agents.

    The commissioning of the "Unified Knowledge Base" allowed structure and unify information, as well as significantly reduce the time for the dissemination of federal data and initiatives among users of the system in all regions of Russia (no more than two working days). EBZ has an intuitive interface and flexible tools for filtering, searching and managing information. An employee of the company can quickly enter the necessary knowledge section, find and sort data on request, including taking into account the region or segment of subscribers. The software package is designed for 200 user sessions per second. The solution is implemented in the contact centers of all eight macro-regional branches of Rostelecom and integrated with the CRM system.

  • Improving the performance of Tele2 Russia IT infrastructure

    In order to improve the performance of the computing infrastructure that ensures the functioning of the billing system, the Hitachi Flash system was introduced in Tele2 Russia Module Drive (FMD) and the Hitachi Dynamic Tiering product. By compared with SSD drives, FMD modules provide twice the data storage density and four times the capacity, and in terms of performance they outperform solid-state drives by 4 times. Thanks to the technological advantages of the innovative Flash Module Drive system, a significant increase in database performance was achieved without significantly expanding the operator's infrastructure. The transition to a new fault-tolerant solution was carried out in a "seamless" mode, with minimal downtime of services.

    The operation of the new platform has reduced the cost of administration due to the rejection of manual operations for the allocation of disk resources and the transfer of "hot" data in the billing calculation process. Thanks to the automation of these and other processes, the risks of errors and failures associated with the "human factor" have significantly decreased.

    The introduction of Hitachi Flash Module Drive in Tele2 Russia was the first in the country.

  • Implementation of automated mobile service activation systems for TeliaSonera Eurasia subsidiaries

    Technoserv has implemented automated mobile service activation systems based on the Comptel Provisioning & Activation software product in TeliaSonera Eurasia subsidiaries. This allowed operators to fully automate the process of connecting/disconnecting /changing mobile communication services, starting with the receipt of a request from a personal account or from a mobile device and ending with the configuration of the corresponding network resources. The new system allows mobile operators to reduce the percentage of manual input errors and significantly reduces the time connecting services, which improves the quality of customer service and their loyalty to the operator.

    The introduction of the service activator allowed subsidiaries TeliaSonera Eurasia significantly reduces the connection time of new services for subscribers with the total system performance providing an average of 2 million transactions per day.

  • Creation of a comprehensive monitoring system for telecommunications equipment of the data transmission network of the Bashinformsvyaz company
